I've done something to my back. I don't know if it's a pulled muscle or a slipped disk or what, but it hurts like hell. I can't sit up for long periods of time or stand for even that long, all I've been able to do without excessive pain is lie in my bed and watch Stargate. And while this is good for my mental health, it's not doing anything at all for the part where I'm supposed to be exercising to lose weight.
